Shipping & Returns
All items will be shipped using Royal Mail. This service provides tracking and will require a signature upon receipt to ensure that your purchases are delivered in a safe and secure manner. Once your purchase has been processed and received by Royal Mail, tracking information will be sent to the email provided by you to ensure you are aware of every step of your delivery.
We are currently only operating a delivery service within the United Kingdom, any International purchases will be refunded upon processing and you will be notified of this by email.

Click & Collect
If you are local to the Sheffield area, any online purchases you make can be collected from our Division Street store. Please choose the “Collection” option at the shipping section of the payment process and you will be notified by email when your items are available for collection. In store collection will be available between 11am – 5.30pm Monday – Saturday and 12.30pm – 4.30pm Sundays, this is to allow for adequate time for processing of orders.
In order to collect your items, you will need to show the confirmation email sent by us, so please make sure you have that with you!
Any items scheduled for collection from store will be held for a maximum of 14 days before they will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued.
If you are unhappy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in their original resalable condition.
Each package delivered by us will contain a Returns Form that you must fill out and include with your return, please be as specific as possible as to why you are returning your item, and clearly identify whether you wish to receive an exchange or refund.
Once returned you will be entitled to an exchange or refund, which will not include the original cost of postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition when delivered to you. This includes all original tags still attached and packaging where applicable.
The cost to return items must be paid by you, the recipient. How you choose to return the items is completely at your discretion, however we would recommend using tracked services so as not to afford any loss of your purchase in transit back to us. We cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the return transit.
Each item that is returned to us will be thoroughly checked before we will issue a refund or exchange. If the items returned to us do not meet our requirements for a valid refund or exchange, you will be notified by email and the items will be dispatched back to you at no additional cost. If you request a size change and the item is no longer available, we will automatically refund your purchase and you will be notified via email that the item is no longer available. Please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to be processed.
Recommended methods of returning parcels to us: Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Special Delivery By 1PM.
If you are local to the Sheffield area, you can return your items to our Division Street store, however, all the requirements for a return must still be met and will be processed in the same manner as a posted return. You will be able to exchange any items in store on the same day you return them, however they must first be thoroughly checked by our staff in accordance to our returns procedure. A refund will only be processed in the same manner as a posted return, and will take between 7-10 working days to be processed.
